2021 has brought many changes to the Washington County Mental Health Authority.
Three of our long term staff have recently retired!
On July 28th, Marcie Jackson and Sharon Norberg celebrated their retirement with the WCMHA board. They were presented with Certificates of Recognition from County Commissioner, Jeff Kline, thanking each of them for their 20 years of service given to the agency.
On September 22nd, it was Rick Rock’s turn to receive his Certificate of Recognition commemorating retirement.
Rick also served 20 years at the Mental Health Authority as part of his 40 year career in mental health. He did not just make a huge impact on the development of the mental health services in our community, but he impacted the lives of everyone he met throughout the years, consumers and colleagues alike. He will be greatly missed by all!
Our greatest thanks goes to all three of these wonderful folks who put their heart and soul into this agency throughout the years! Best of luck in your retirement!
