WE ARE NOT JUST A PRIVATE PRACTICE OF PROVIDERS WHO PRESCRIBE MENTAL HEALTH MEDICATIONS. WE ARE MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONERS WHO TAKE CARE OF THE WHOLE PERSON. WE SEE TO IT THAT YOU HAVE A PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER, IF YOU DON’T WE HELP YOU FIND ONE. IF YOU NEED A SPECIALIST, WE HELP YOU GET ONE AND EVEN HELP MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. WE KNOW HOW HARD IT IS FOR FAMILIES OF CHILDREN WITH MENTAL ILLNESS OR DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS/DISABILITIES. THEREFORE, WE HELP HERE AS WELL. WE CAN PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT, FIND YOU, ADVOCATES, SIT IN ON IEP MEETINGS TO HELP COORDINATE CARE, AND HELP ADVOCATE WITH YOU AND THE SCHOOL TO DO WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU AND YOUR CHILD.
