Healthy Washington County has released the final report for the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment.
The express purpose of the FY2025 CHNA was to complete a comprehensive assessment of the health status and healthcare access needs of residents living in the Washington County healthcare region. Subsequently, the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) was developed to address the key areas of concern identified in the Needs Assessment. The CHIP has objectives to address obesity, awareness awareness of resources for both mental wellness and social connectedness, affordable housing, and stigma reduction.
